Family Promise of Greater Cleveland provides a safe place to sleep and an array of supportive services for 21% of Cuyahoga County’s homeless families, with a special focus on families headed by younger parents. Its primary goal is to assist families in achieving and maintaining permanent housing, and to help prevent them from returning to homelessness. The services it provides include Temporary Housing, targeted, individualized Case Management and Employment Services, and Community-Based Services.
