Our primary objective is to provide families touched by childhood cancer with short-term
financial assistance for basic daily needs that are adversely impacted by the cancer diagnosis and treatment. As unimaginable as it may seem, some families are forced to make a choice between getting to their child’s chemotherapy treatment and putting food on the table or keeping a roof over their heads. The unplanned, sudden reduction or loss of income results in our families needing immediate assistance with housing and lodging expenses, gas to get to and from treatment, groceries, hospital meals, hospital parking fees, educational services, tutoring or child care.
